
LCTCS Board of Supervisors Announces Finalists for
好色先生tv Chancellor Position
Baton Rouge, La. – Today, the Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) Board of Supervisors announced the finalists for the position of chancellor of 好色先生tv (LDCC). The announcement follows a competitive and comprehensive nationwide search that began in November 2024, which yielded a distinguished pool of highly qualified applicants.
The finalists will participate in separate public forumsb with faculty, staff, students, and community members. The forums will be held in person at LDCC's main campus in Monroe on Tuesday, March 25, and will provide an opportunity for the college community to learn more about the four candidates.
"The LCTCS Board of Supervisors is pleased to announce the finalists for the next chancellor of 好色先生tv," said Tim Hardy, chair of the board. "Each candidate brings strong leadership experience and a forward-thinking vision for the future of LDCC. As we move into the next phase of this process, we encourage the community to participate in the upcoming public forums and engage with the finalists. We look forward to selecting the right leader to guide the college and serve the region."
Finalists (in alphabetical order):

Frank G. Bennett
A transformational leader in higher education, Frank G. Bennett brings over 25 years of experience in institutional growth, strategic partnerships, and philanthropic initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Institutional Advancement and Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the LDCC Foundation, Bennett has played a pivotal role in advancing the college’s mission. With expertise in higher education advancement, financial stewardship, and workforce development, he has successfully cultivated industry partnerships to enhance academic programs, secured funding to expand student scholarships, and advised on initiatives that align education with regional economic needs.

Dr. Justin Hoggard
Dr. Justin Hoggard became Coastal Bend College’s seventh president on November 4, 2019. Before becoming president at CBC, he was the Chief Academic Officer and Dean of Instruction at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He held teaching and numerous administrative roles at TRC over his nearly 20-year career serving higher learning institutions primarily in rural areas. As CAO, Dr. Hoggard was responsible for academic programming and workforce development at the Poplar Bluff campus as well as at Three Rivers College’s locations in Dexter, Kennett, and Sikeston, Missouri.

Dr. Christine Holt
Dr. Christine Holt began her appointment as the chancellor of the University of Arkansas, Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) in 2021. In this role, she serves as the CEO of two campuses in Southwest Arkansas and the James Black School of Bladesmithing in Historic Washington. From 2018-2021, Holt served as chief of staff for the president and chancellor of the University of Missouri System. Before assuming the role of chief of staff, Holt served as an associate provost at Mizzou (MU), a top-tier research, land-grant and flagship university, where she managed a substantive portfolio and was engaged in various projects including strategic planning, accreditation, diversity faculty hiring, academic personnel issues, employment discrimination, Title IX, campus safety, space utilization and other special initiatives.

Dr. Matthew Nappier
Dr. Matthew Nappier is a dedicated leader with a distinguished career spanning higher education, workforce development, military service, and business entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Assessment, Planning, and Initiatives at 好色先生tv (LDCC), he has played a pivotal role in enhancing institutional assessment strategies, chairing the Strategic Planning Committee and implementing transformative enrollment initiatives. A 2025 NextLevel CTE Leaders Fellow, Dr. Nappier is recognized for his innovative approach to grant execution and integrating workforce and adult education with academic programming, collaborating with vital team members in all areas of the college.
